Block/Unblock User

The Block/Unblock User page allows you to block or unblock a user.  The page will flex depending on the user's current block status.  A user's block status which is maintained at the Multi-Factor Authentication POP.  A blocked user's authentication attempts will automatically be denied.  

 

To block the selected user:

  1. Specify a block reason.

  2. Click the Confirm button to block the user.

To unblock the selected user:

  1. Specify an unblock reason.

  2. Click the Confirm button to unblock the user.
