Change Method

The Change Method page allows you to change your Method.  For the phone call method, you will receive a phone call when you authenticate.  For the text message method, you will receive a text message when you authenticate.  For the mobile app method, you will receive a notification in the Multi-Factor Authentication mobile app installed on your device.  For the OATH token method, you will be prompted for an Authentication code.

 

To change your Method:

  1. Select the appropriate method.

  2. Click the Save button.
