Change Method

The Change Method page allows you to change the Method for the selected user's account.  For the phone call method, the user will receive a phone call when they authenticate.  For the text message method, the user will receive a text message when they authenticate.  For the mobile app method, the user will receive a notification in the Multi-Factor Authentication mobile app installed on their device.  For the OATH token method, the user will be prompted for an Authentication code.

 

To change the selected user's Method:

  1. Select the appropriate method.

  2. Click the Save button.

Send Email

Specifies whether an email should be sent to inform the user of the update.

 

Note: The Send Email checkbox will only be displayed if email has been configured for your company.
