Change Mode

The Change Mode page allows you to change the modes for the selected user's account.  The phone call, text message, and mobile app methods each have various modes that they support.

 

Note:  Mode drop-down lists may not be displayed for some methods depending on product configuration.

 

To change the selected user's modes:

  1. Select the appropriate modes.

  2. Click the Save button.

Description

Phone Call Mode

Select the appropriate mode from the drop-down list. The default is the user's current phone call mode.

 

Text Message Mode

Select the appropriate direction and mode from the drop-down lists.  The default is the user's current text message direction and mode.

 

Mobile App Mode

Select the appropriate mode from the drop-down list.  The default is the user's current mobile app mode.

 

Send Email

Specifies whether an email should be sent to inform the user of the update.

 

Note: The Send Email checkbox will only be displayed if email has been configured for your company.
