Enable/Disable

The Enable/Disable page allows you to enable or disable the selected user. An enabled user that is complete will begin receiving Multi-Factor Authentication calls.  An enabled user that is incomplete may be able to activate their account in the User Portal.  A disabled user will no longer receive Multi-Factor Authentication calls and may be allowed or denied access depending on the user's disabled behavior.  The option to send an email to the user when they are enabled will be displayed if email has been configured.

 

Click the Confirm button to enable or disable the selected user.
