Reset Voiceprint

The Reset Voiceprint page allows you to reset the voiceprint passphrase for the selected user's account.  The user will be prompted to enroll a new voiceprint passphrase during their next Multi-Factor Authentication call.

 

Click the Confirm button to reset the voiceprint passphrase for the selected user's account.
